and personal service so important here at EE? Simple. Barter is the
business of money. You need to know the integrity of your barter dollar
will be protected. You need to know your barter dollars are safe in our
keeping until you spend them. And you need to know that we will work
with you and your trading partners to maintain fair practices.
The barter
industry is officially recognized by The U.S. Government, but it is
still largely self-regulated. This means it is up to Exchange
Enterprises (and the other commercial barter companies in America) to
maintain standards on our own. We cannot speak for all other barter
companies, but we at The Exchange, take this very seriously. It is in
the best interest of our members, EE and the future of the commercial
barter industry to do so. And we think it's important you know that.
